"My favourite part from Replenish 2017 was seeing a How did Replenish get started? The idea of Replenish had been on Amy's heart for years before the first event in 2015. She longed for a place to draw women in and give them a place to be renewed and inspired. She wanted to remind women just how amazing they really are, how our perceived weakness can actually be an asset and cultivate a feeling of sisterhood among women. She also wanted to create meaningful connections in our community. Every year, Replenish supports a local cause that makes the everyday a little brighter for someone else. This year we will be supporting Women's Crisis Services of Waterloo Region.
"I love the idea of women helping women and the idea of giving back to community by helping out a charity." Your morning at Replenish will include a mid-morning healthy snack and beautiful catered lunch. Please bring your favourite tea cup/mug and a refillable water bottle. We want to do our part for the environment as we spend time together. You will hear from several women who will be speaking and sharing their stories. Topics may include: healthy food choices, self-worth, women's health & wellness, sisterhood, authenticity and more. You are encouraged to share, but are welcome to observe.
